Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 2 tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, 1 c. milk or cream (i use half and half) and 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook cabbage in salted water, uncovered, until fork-tender.
Drain off water and place cabbage in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Dot with butter.
