Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 lb. dried beans, 4 lb. bacon, 1 1/2 lb. onions, 1 c. salt and 2 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cover and soak beans in cold water overnight.
Drain.
Add fresh water and steam for 20 to 30 minutes or cook on stove until done.
Drain and measure liquid to use in baking.
Add seasonings with liquid.
Pour over beans in roaster.
Cut bacon in pieces; brown in oven.
Pour into beans.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, until nearing done, then uncover for the last hour of cooking.
