Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans, 6 strips bacon, 1 large onion, diced, 1 medium green pepper, diced and 2 tbsp. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cut bacon strips in half and line the bottom of the dish.
Reserve others.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour into baking dish.
Cover the top of beans with remaining bacon.
Cover and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250° and bake another 2 hours.
Uncover during last 10 minutes of baking.
