Baked Apricots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 cans (28 oz.) apricots, drained, 1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. butter, divided and 1 (15 oz.) box ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour half of the butter in the bottom of casserole dish, then half the crackers, half of the apricots and half of the sugar.
Repeat in layers.
