Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, toss apples with granulated sugar, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon; spoon into dish.

In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, evaporated milk, dry milk, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; spread over applesauce.
