Bailey Irish Cream
Bailey Irish Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 1/2 pt. half and half cream, 1 tsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 c. irish whiskey and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brew extra strong coffee, allowing 3 tablespoons of coffee for each 6 ounces water (1 1/2 times usual strength).
Chill until serving time.
Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass; pass favorite spirits and a bottle of Amaretto for flavoring.
Top with whipped cream.
