Bagels
Bagels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 c. flour, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 cakes fresh yeast and 2 c. lukewarm potato water, divided*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift together dry ingredients (except seeds and 2 tablespoons sugar) into a large mixing bowl.
Soften yeast in 1/3 of the potato water.
Add to dry ingredients.
Add oil to remaining potato water and stir into flour mixture.
Add eggs and stir briskly to form a ball of dough.
