Bacon Wraps
Bacon Wraps is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans water chestnuts or 1 lb. scallops, sliced or whole, 1 lb. bacon and brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut bacon strips in halves and wrap around 1/2 water chestnut or 2 to 3 slices water chestnuts.
Secure with a toothpick.
Place in a single layer on a large cookie sheet or baking tray and sprinkle 1 teaspoon brown sugar on each piece.
Bake at 400Β° until bacon is crisp or broil 5 to 10 minutes until browned.
Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
(Can be reheated in microwave.)
