Bacon Tidbit
Bacon Tidbit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper, 3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar, 3 eggs, beaten until frothy and 1 lb. bacon, cut in thirds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix eggs with vinegar. Mix cracker crumbs with mustard and red pepper.
Take each 1/3 bacon slice and dip in egg. Then coat with crumbs.
Put on cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Can be cooked beforehand and reheated or frozen, thawed and reheated.
