Bacon Roll-Ups
Bacon Roll-Ups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 3 cans geisha whole water chestnuts, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 c. chili sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut uncooked bacon slices in half. Wrap each half slice of bacon around water chestnut. Insert toothpick to secure.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Remove and drain grease.
Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and chili sauce.
Pour over bacon roll-ups.
Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.
