Bacon Roll-Ups
Bacon Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. water, 1 egg, beaten, 1 1/2 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix and 1/4 lb. sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter in water.
Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix.
Add egg; mix in raw sausage.
Chill. Shape into oblong balls, about the size of a walnut.
Wrap with bacon strips.
Cook on rack in 400Β° oven until bacon is done, turning once.
