Bacon Monkey Bread
Bacon Monkey Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 small onion, chopped, 3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine bacon, Parmesan cheese and onion; set aside.
Cut biscuits into fourths; dip each piece in butter.
Layer one third in a 10-inch lightly greased Bundt pan.
Sprinkle half of bacon mixture over biscuits.
Repeat procedure, ending with biscuits. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until golden.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Invert onto a serving platter.
Serve immediately.
