Bacon Cheese Quiche
Bacon Cheese Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (cheddar and finely shredded swiss), pie shell (frozen), 5 to 6 slices cooked bacon, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes at 350°.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese in pie shell and melt.
Sprinkle bacon pieces and onion in pie shell.
Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese over bacon and onion.
In a separate bowl, mix whipping cream, eggs, dill, pepper and salt with a beater.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 325° and bake an additional 20 minutes until firm.
