Bacon-Cheese Pie
Bacon-Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese (sharp), 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. milk and 3 eggs, beaten (add to milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in pie plate.
In blender or processor, combine remaining ingredients and beat on high about one minute, until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
Serve with salad.
