Bacon Brunch
Bacon Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1 c. chopped onions, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fry or microwave bacon (crisp) and break in small pieces.
In large pan, saute onions in margarine.
Blend in flour and pepper. Gradually add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in cheese, bacon, rice, zucchini and olives.
Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish; sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake, covered, at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
May try to add green chilies or salsa.
