Bachelor's Roast
Bachelor'S Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. beef roast, garlic salt, 1 can coke, salt and pepper and 3 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Rub roast with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Sear roast on all sides in oil.
Remove from pan; drain off excess fat and place in foil lined pan.
Pour Coke and catsup over roast.
Cover loosely with foil and bake 3 hours at 325Β°.
This is good chopped up and mixed with sauce for barbecue sandwiches.
