Cream margarine. Add sugar and cream well. Beat egg and add to sugar mixture.
Add coconut, chopped walnuts and cherries.
Blend well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture slowly.
If mixture seems too thick, add a few drops of milk. Drop from teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
