Autumn Pudding
Autumn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, 1/4 cup margarine, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pineapple.
Grease a 3-quart casserole and fill with mixture.
Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and remaining 1/4 cup margarine.
Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350Β°.
