Autumn Apple Salad
Autumn Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained), 2/3 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. diced, unpeeled apple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice and sugar.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add jello; stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese and stir until blended.
Fold in apples, nuts, celery and Cool Whip.
