Autumn Apple Salad
Autumn Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (retain juice), 1/3 c. sugar, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) and 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine pineapple, its juice and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in jello and cream cheese. Cool.
Fold in nuts, celery, apples and whipped topping.
