Aunti Vi's Cake
Aunti Vi'S Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box jiffy yellow cake mix, 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. milk, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake cake as directed, using pineapple juice instead of water. Cool!
Mix cream cheese with milk and blend with pudding for 2 minutes.
After cake is cool, spread with cream cheese mixture. Cover with crushed pineapple, then spread with Cool Whip.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
