Aunt Lori's Mystery Potatoes
Aunt Lori'S Mystery Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) ore-ida frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 medium onion, diced, 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
While hash browns are still frozen, layer on bottom of baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in pan and saute corn flakes.
Spread soup mix on top of potatoes. Coat with corn flakes.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
