Made with 1 c. self-rising white corn meal (only yankees use yellow corn meal), 1 c. sour cream, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. cooking oil and 1/2 to 3/4 can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
