Asparagus Rolls
Asparagus Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white sandwich bread, crust cut off, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bleu cheese, mayonnaise to taste, 12 cooked asparagus spears and 1/3 to 1/2 c. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Roll bread to half its thickness.
Spread with mayonnaise and Bleu cheese, mixed.
Roll asparagus up, jelly roll fashion.
Dip in melted butter and place seam side down in pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and brown.
Cut into thirds.
