Asparagus Quiche
Asparagus Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pastry shell (9-inch), 1 c. lean cooked ham, chopped, 1/2 c. light cream, 1/3 c. milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Cover bottom of pastry shell with ham. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream, milk, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Beat well.
Pour mixture over ham. Arrange asparagus tips on top, as if spokes of a wheel, tips in the center.
Bake in center of oven 35 to 40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
