Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can asparagus, 2 c. cracker crumbs, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 stick oleo and 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Grate cheese and mix with cracker crumbs.
Add liquid of asparagus to mushroom soup and set aside.
Put layer of cheese and crackers in bottom of buttered casserole, layer of asparagus, layer of sliced, hard-boiled eggs and a layer of water chestnuts. Repeat until all ingredients have been used.
Sprinkle over top English peas.
Use melted oleo on each layer and on top.
Put rest of cheese and crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
