Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large (17 oz.) can small peas, 1 can asparagus tips, 1 can mushroom soup, few ritz crackers or similar kind and 1 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Crush Ritz and line bottom of casserole.
Drain peas and layer half over crackers.
Drain asparagus; layer half over peas. Sprinkle half of cheese over all.
Add half cream of mushroom soup.
Repeat layer, peas, asparagus, mushroom soup.
Bake at 375° to 400° until bubbly.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Baking time
45 minutes.
