Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans asparagus, 2 cans mushroom soup, white crackers and velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a 2-quart casserole dish, coarsely crumble crackers to cover bottom of dish.
Layer asparagus over crackers; slice Velveeta cheese and layer over asparagus, then cover with about 1/2 can of mushroom soup.
Alternate layers until all ingredients are used.
End with a fine layer of cracker crumbs on top.
For more moisture, you can add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the juice from the asparagus.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
