Artichoke Torte
Artichoke Torte is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, to 5 green onions, chopped, c. parsley, beaten eggs and . shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions and parsley in oil from 2 jars of artichokes. Mix eggs, cheese, crackers, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce until blended smooth.
Mix with onions and parsley. Cut up artichokes and add to mixture. Grease an oblong baking dish and fill with mixture. Bake at 325Β°
For 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve hot or cold as an appetizer or vegetable.
