Artichoke Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. light mayonnaise, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain artichoke hearts and chop.
Add all other ingredients and place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
