Artichoke Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain and mash with fork the artichoke hearts.
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes in small casserole dish.
Serve hot with chips, vegetable sticks or Melba toast rounds.
