Artichoke Spinach Casserole
Artichoke Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz. pkg.), salt and pepper, 1 large can artichoke hearts and 1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach as directed; drain.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole.
