Artichoke Pasta Salad
Artichoke Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rainbow rotini pasta, 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained, 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut in half, 1 1/2 c. celery, diced and 2 c. ranch dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook pasta as directed on the box.
Drain; rinse with cold water and put in a large bowl.
Add olives, artichoke hearts, celery, dressing and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss together.
