Artichoke Hearts
Artichoke Hearts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans artichoke hearts or 1 pkg. frozen artichoke heats, cooked and drained, 1/2 c. grated romano cheese, 1 c. soft italian bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Place artichoke hearts in baking pan.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover artichokes with mixture. Pour olive oil over.
Sprinkle with a few drops of water.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°), until crumbs are golden, approximately 30 minutes.
