Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can non marinated artichoke hearts, 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. grated monterey jack cheese, 1/4 tsp. tabasco (optional) and 1 c. mayonnaise (not miracle whip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain artichoke hearts and chop in small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients.
(Add Tabasco only if you like spicy dip and mix.)
Put in 1-quart casserole dish or large pie plate.
