Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can whole artichokes, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. parmesan grated cheese, 1/2 lime or lemon and dash of tabasco or any hot pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain and chop artichokes.
Add mayonnaise, cheese, lime or lemon juice and Tabasco.
Mix well.
Turn into bowl.
Sprinkle top with paprika for color.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and top is a golden color.
Serve with Fritos corn chips.
Can be made a day ahead.
