Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans artichokes, 1 can water chestnuts, 1 pkg. dry italian seasoning, 1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and press water out of the artichokes.
Rinse chestnuts and cut into strips.
Add seasoning, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
Mix well, and put into baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, Hawaiian bread or crackers.
