Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans artichoke hearts in water (not in bottle), 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 to 3/4 c. parmesan, grated, 1/2 to 3/4 c. mozzarella, grated and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix artichokes and spices and place in a glass dish, then mix both sets of cheeses.
The dip should be baked at 375Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven when all cheese is melted and serve hot with crackers (Wheat Thins preferred).
