Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream cheese must be very soft.
Drain water from can of artichoke hearts.
Cut up hearts and add cream cheese.
Mix well. Add rest of ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Serve while warm with celery, carrots or crackers.
