Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. mayonnaise (regular or light), 1 can artichoke hearts and 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces.
Add mayonnaise and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Mix thoroughly. Spread into a small shallow pan.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 1/2 hour, uncovered, at 350Β° or until hot.
Serve warm with Triscuits.
