Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. parmesan cheese, fresh grated and 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded or cheddar cheese, if desired, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
