Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. chopped onion and salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and set aside.
Chop artichoke hearts to a pulp.
Add all other ingredients.
