Artichoke Delights
Artichoke Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 jars artichoke hearts, marinated and chopped, 2 c. sharp grated cheese, 1 small onion, chopped, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into a pan.
Add chopped onion and garlic.
Brown until onion is soft.
Beat eggs with fork.
Add all ingredients in small bowl and mix.
Put ingredients in a 9 x 7-inch greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
