Artichoke Cheese Nibbles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 onion, chopped, 4 beaten eggs and 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into skillet.
Add onion and garlic.
Combine eggs, spices, crumbs and chopped artichokes.
Fold all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9-inch square dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into small squares and serve warm.
This can be precooked and reheated.
