Artichoke Bites
Artichoke Bites is an easy dinner. Made with 1 long thin loaf french bread, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese and 14-16 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut French bread into 3/4 inch slices.
Line up flat on a large cookie sheet.
Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan.
Gently stir in the artichoke hearts.
Top each bread slice with a rounded tablespoon of mixture.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until top is golden.
Serve hot.
(You may want to cut the slices in quarters before serving for more bite-sized pieces.)
