Artichoke Aspic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in brine), 1 (16 oz.) can clamato juice, 1 pkg. knox gelatin, dash of lemon juice and dash of tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat Clamato juice to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in juice. Add drained artichokes and seasonings and chill in a mold.
