Arkansas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 sq. chocolate, 1/3 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. milk and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large skillet, add sugar, chocolate, syrup, milk and salt. Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted. May turn heat up and cook until it reaches a rolling boil.

(Stir all this time.) Boil minutes.

I usually turn mine down to medium-high for this

2 minutes.

Add vanilla and nuts.

Allow to cool and beat until thick. Pour into buttered pan.

If it gets too hard, add heat again.
