Argentina Salad
Argentina Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head lettuce, 1 can marinated artichoke hearts, 1 c. pitted green olives, 2 tbsp. white vinegar and 3 tbsp. italian olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Tear lettuce into small pieces.
Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine lettuce, artichokes and olives in large bowl.
Combine reserved liquid, vinegar, olive oil, salt, paprika, mayo, chives and Parmesan cheese.
Pour over lettuce mixture.
Toss until well mixed.
