Apricot Snack Loaf
Apricot Snack Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped, dried apricots, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 c. sifted flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soak apricots in hot water 15 minutes; drain.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
Add nuts and apricots; set aside.
Mix margarine and sugar, then stir in egg, corn syrup and orange juice.
Stir in flour mixture, mixing well.
Turn into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 70 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
