Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jell-o, 2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars apricot baby food, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 2/3 c. water and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine water, sugar and Jell-O in pan.
Bring to a boil. Stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baby food and pineapple.
Combine cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Mix with Jell-O.

Pour into a 9 x 12-inch dish and chill until solid.
